SUBJECT :First Annual Report to the Congress on the Child Support Enforcement Program

CONTENTS :Attached is a copy of the first annual report to the Congress on the Child Support Enforcement program. The report describes the legislative background of the new program, discusses the major features of the program, and provides information on State and Federal activities in implementing the program. In addition, the report presents data on child support collections, expenditures, and various program activities for each State.
