RE: National Directory of New Hires Guide for Data Submission Version 12

Dear Colleague:

This letter announces the posting of the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH) Guide for Data Submission, Version 12 on the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement website. This version contains updated information for submitting data to the NDNH.

Version 12 replaces the previous version of the guide, which was published on December 22, 2010. A revision history is included in the guide listing the substantive changes, and the sections in the guide where each change occurred. Also, minor changes to style and format were made to improve the readability of the guide.
