The Routine Repatriation Information Memorandum provides policy guidance on the U.S. Repatriation Program to Federal agencies, states, territories, local service providers, and grantees.

This memorandum is intended to:

  • Be a readily available tool for partners that outlines the parameters of the U.S. Repatriation Program in a simple and clear format;
  • Define eligibility and temporary assistance for the U.S. Repatriation Program; and
  • Provide guidance about the case management and reimbursement process.
