OHSEPR can support communities affected by disasters with a number of deployable and non-deployable capabilities.
Disaster Case Management Program
The Immediate Disaster Case Management (IDCM) program supports states, tribes, and territories (STT), and local and non-profit organizations by providing disaster case management (DCM) services to individuals and families impacted by a disaster.
Post-Disaster Child Care Resources
The Post-Disaster Child Care Needs Resources looks at the issues that adversely impact child care services following disasters, and the federal and nongovernmental organization (NGO) resources that could help.
Repatriation
On behalf of HHS, ACF/OHSEPR administers the U.S. Repatriation Program and is the lead federal agency for the domestic coordination of emergency repatriation plans and operations to support U.S. citizens, their dependents and others who are evacuated from overseas back to the United States following a Department of State (DOS) coordinated mass evacuation.
