This Program Instruction (PI) transmits guidance for completing and submitting the CCDF Tribal Plan Preprint (ACF-118-A) (Attachment A) for the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2019 triennial Section 658E of the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act relevant to Tribes.  Please Note:  The deadline for the submission of the FY 2017-2019 triennial Plan has been extended until August 1, 2016.
