Dear colleague letter on Investing ARP and PDG funds to address the Early Childhood Workforce Shortage

ACF-800 - Annual Aggregate Child Care Data Report form and instructions for federal fiscal years FY2019 and earlier)

ACF plays a significant role in our nation’s human services response to Presidentially declared disasters and public health emergencies. When activated to support a Disaster Human Services Case Management or Repatriation mission, ACF provides assistance to disaster survivors and to partners such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the American Red Cross, and to states, tribes, territories, and ACF programs and grantees.

Repatriation is the return of a U.S. citizen from a foreign country. The U.S. Repatriation Program provides temporary assistance to citizens and their dependents to return home following a Department of State coordinated mass evacuation.

This Program Instruction distributes the revised Form ACF-696 CCDF Financial Report, which was approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under OMB Control Number 0970-0510.
