The purpose of this Information Memorandum (IM) is to provide guidance on services for youth under age 18 who run away from foster care and come in contact with runaway and homeless youth programs.
The Children's Bureau Technical Advisory Group (CB TAG) consists of state representatives who are selected based on their recognized experience and expertise. The State TAG (TAG) provides national leadership and direction in developing, administering, and coordinating national and regional training and technical assistance to state and tribal agencies that deliver information technology services and programs for at-risk children and families.
