Workforce Training Program for Disadvantaged Young Adults Boosts Initial Earnings

A recent report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation looks at the implementation and initial impacts of the Year Up training program, which provided job skills training to over 3,500 young adults aged 18–24 with a high school diploma or the equivalent in eight cities between 2013 and 2014.
