Introduction
This final report presents findings from a 5-year evaluation of Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) services delivered by 5 regional Child Welfare Implementation Centers (ICs) and 10 National Child Welfare Resources Centers (NRCs). Findings include the frequency, characteristics, and effectiveness of T/TA. The report also includes implications of this evaluation for the delivery of T/TA along with implications of the evaluation for future evaluators of T/TA.
