Secondary Traumatic Stress

This podcast discusses lessons learned and implementations made within two local child welfare agencies on identifying and reducing secondary trauma within staff to improve outcomes.

This DSS hosted webinar describes the lessons learned from implementing mobile solutions in Washington and in Minnesota, which is a state managed, county-administered state.  The presentation included representatives from Winona County and Carver County Minnesota who spoke about their county-level mobile solutions.

Delaware’s FOCUS project uses a hybrid Agile approach that incorporates Agile practices while keeping within the parameters of typical fixed-scope projects. The FOCUS project is driven by engaged stakeholders, a consistent emphasis on scope, and disciplined monitoring of plans and progress.
