CCWIS Data Quality Plans

This DSS presentation describes the CCWIS data quality requirements, as defined by Federal Regulations 45 CFR 1355.52. In addition, this presentation provides guidance on biennial reviews and on how to compose CCWIS data quality plans.

This presentation explains how the Illinois Permanecy Innovations Initiative (PII) project expects to increase rates of permanency for the target population and it describes the intervention being used, Trauma Affect Regulation: Guide for Education and Therapy (TARGET), a strength-based approach to education and therapy when youth and their families have been affected by trauma or experience a high level of stress related to adverse experiences.

This presentation addresses the waiver authority; previous and current waiver evaluations; waiver evaluation requirements and expectations; and a review of well-being constructs, outcomes, and measurement tools.

This presentation highlights three papers from the experiences of three Permanency Innovations Initiative (PII) grantees: Washoe County, Nevada, the California Partners for Permanency (CAPP) and the Kansas Intensive Permanency Project (KIPP). The presentation addresses the methods and analyses used to identify risk characteristics for long term foster care; the methods used to engage agency partners in their selection of strategies that will be tested; and to consider the benefits of university-agency partnerships for using implementation science to drive system and practice reforms.
