This Program Instruction (PI) provides information on the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 Funds under the Community-Based Grants for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect program created by Title II of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act as amended by Public Law (P.L.) 111-320.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides instruction to states on the June 30, 2008 submission of the Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR) required under Title IV-B of the Social Security Act (the Act), the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), and the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program (CFCIP), including the ETV program; the submission of the CFS-101, Part I, Annual Budget Request, Part II, Annual Summary of Child and Family Services, and Part III, Annual Expenditure Report—Title IV-B, Subparts 1 and 2, CFCIP and ETV.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to: (1) set forth the requirements for recipients of Community-Based Grants for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect awards for FFY 2017; and (2) provide guidance and instructions for the preparation and submission of the application.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides instruction to states on the submission of the Annual Progress and Services Report (APSR) on June 30, 2006, as required under Title IV-B of the Social Security Act, the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), and the Chafee Foster Care Independence Program (CFCIP), including the ETV program; including the submission of the CFS-101, Parts I and II, Annual Budget Request and Annual Summary of Child and Family Services.

This Program Instruction (PI) sets forth the requirements for recipients of Community-Based Family Resource and Support Grant awards for fiscal year 2000, and provides instructions to the States on the Community-Based Family Resource and Support Grant applications.
