Please note that tribes with either an approved title IV-E plan or a title IV-E tribal/state cooperative agreement or contract have the option to apply to receive FY 2017 CFCIP and/or ETV funds directly from the Secretary. (See Section D of this PI.) This PI summarizes the actions required to complete and submit the APSR and the CFS-101 form, Parts I, II, and III.
