This Program Information (PI) sets forth the eligibility requirements and the grant application procedures for FY 2021 Children’s Justice Act (CJA) grants and provides the tentative State allocation table.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to Indian Tribes, Indian Tribal Organizations and Indian Tribal Consortia (hereafter “tribes,” unless otherwise noted) on actions they are required to take to receive their allotments for Federal Fiscal Year (FY)1 2022 (subject to the availability of appropriations) authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, and Chafee and ETV programs.

The purpose of this Program Instruction is to set forth the eligibility requirements and grant application procedures for the basic, data and training CIP grants for FY 2022, including the development of a new five-year strategic plan, and to provide guidance on the requirements for state courts to continuously assess and improve the handling of court proceedings related to child welfare and enhance collaboration with title IV-B/IV-E agencies and tribes.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to states, territories, and insular areas (hereafter “states,” unless otherwise noted) on actions they are required to take to receive their allotments for Federal Fiscal Year (FY)1 2022 (subject to the availability of appropriations) authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, section 106 of CAPTA, Chafee and ETV programs.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to agencies administering title IV-B, subpart 1 of the Act (the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Child Welfare Services Program) on the supplemental fiscal year (FY) 2020 funding provided under the CARES Act.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides instruction and procedures to title IV-E agencies on how to request flexibility to meet the specific title IV-E requirements noted in this Program Instruction (PI) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and national public health emergency.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to provide guidance to title IV-E agencies that on September 30, 2019 were operating a title IV-E child welfare waiver demonstration project under the authority of section 1130 of the Act on the actions required to be considered for a Funding Certainty Grant.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides State, Territorial, and Tribal title IV-E agencies (hereafter, "title IV-E agencies") with the revised form and instructions approved by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for reporting quarterly financial information on the title IV-E Foster Care, Adoption Assistance, Guardianship Assistance, Kinship Navigator and Prevention Services Programs, as well as annual information relating to Adoption Savings.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to: (1) set forth the requirements for recipients of Community-Based Grants for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect awards for FY 2020; and (2) provide guidance and instructions for the preparation and submission of the application and annual reports.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to state, territorial and tribal title IV-E agencies on the actions required to apply for title IV-B, subpart 2 funding to support the development, enhancement or evaluation of kinship navigator programs.
