This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and tribal consortia (tribes) on actions they are required to take in order to receive their allotments for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 (subject to the availability of appropriations) authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and/or 2, the CFCIP, and the ETV program. Please note that tribes with either an approved title IV-E plan or a title IV-E tribal/state cooperative agreement or contract have the option to apply to receive FY 2018 CFCIP and/or ETV funds directly from the Secretary. (See Section D of this PI.)
