Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System Technical Bulletin #9: Identifying Information System Functions for the CCWIS Automated Function Checklist
This technical bulletin assists agencies with identifying the information system functions of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System project to include on the Automated Function Checklist and with developing a business case to demonstrate that their system configuration supports the efficient, economical, and effective administration of the title IV-B and IV-E programs.
This webinar was a part of the AFCARS Final Rule Training Series. For this webinar, the Children's Bureau shared a revised version of Technical Bulletin 23: Compliance and Data Quality.
This TB provides updates on the measurement and case review sampling framework for CFSR Round 4. The primary purpose is to announce CFSR Round 4 statewide data indicator (SWDI) national performance values. This amendment also provides other updates and clarification regarding technical aspects of measurement and sampling. A table is included in the amendment that identifies substantial changes to the original bulletin.
