This presentation highlights the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (NJ DCF) Manage by Data Fellows program, which is a nationally recognized initiative. The initiative is designed to develop the capacity of agency staff to better use data to improve outcomes for children and families. The DCF Manage by Data Fellows program is an important element of NJ DCF’s commitment as a learning organization.
