Employers must provide information on employees to child support agencies upon request, including financial information on wages, withholdings, and health insurance. This information is used to establish and enforce child support orders. While each state child support agency sends its own verification of employment (VOE) form, employers may respond using this standard VOE form (PDF), if the state child support agency accepts the form. This standardized response form provides greater efficiency for employers.
