Eight state child support agencies were competitively awarded CSPED grants in 2012 to test the efficacy of child support-led employment programs. This document summarizes the CSPED model and characteristics of participants. It discusses strategies grantees used for enrollment and referrals, staffing and partnerships, and service delivery and parent engagement. This document also highlights how CSPED led to changes in agency culture at some participating child support offices.
