Using Digital Marketing to Increase Participation in the Child Support Program

Current as of:

In September 2018, OCSE awarded Section 1115 grants for the Digital Marketing project (PDF) to 12 state and 2 tribal child support agencies in California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Oklahoma (Cherokee Nation), Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin (Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Indians), and Wyoming.

The two-year demonstration project will allow grantees to test digital marketing approaches and partnerships to reach parents that could benefit from child support services, and create or improve two-way digital communication and engagement with parents. For more information, refer to the grant announcement or project summaries and evaluation reports (select individual grant projects from the drop down box below). Also see the Glossary of Terms and Tools used in Digital Marketing (PDF).
