Dear Colleague:

We received inquiries regarding requirements in our Security and Privacy Program for State Child Support Agencies.  Specifically, some states noted a potential conflict with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 1075 requirements.

We developed the attachment to compare our requirements with corresponding IRS requirements and will update the attachment as changes occur.
