The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has granted the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) an extension for collecting the information contained in the OCSE-75 Tribal Annual Data Report. The valid OMB control number for this collection is 0970-0320. The extension for the use of this form expires on Jan. 31, 2023.
The OCSE-75 Tribal Annual Data Report is used to report program status and accomplishments according to 45 CFR 309.170(b) under Title IV‑D of the Social Security Act. Tribes administering child support enforcement programs under the Act are required to submit the OCSE-75 report annually, 90 days after the end of the federal fiscal year or by December 29 of each year, through the Online Data Collections (OLDC) system. The web address for the online system is: https://home.grantsolutions.gov/home/ .
ACTION REQUIRED: Use the OCSE-75 to report by Dec. 29 through OLDC.
