SUBJECT: OMB-approved MSFIDM and FAST Levy Documents — Expire January 31, 2024
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the following document, which is available for states and financial institutions to program for FAST Levy:
- Federally Assisted State Transmitted (FAST) Levy Software Interface Specification (PDF) (OMB No. 0970-0196)
OMB also approved the following documents for financial institutions to use:
- Multistate Financial Institution Data Match Specifications Handbook (PDF) (OMB No. 0970-0196)
- Multistate Financial Institution Data Match Election Form and Instructions (PDF) (OMB No. 0970-0196)
OMB approved these specifications and forms for use until January 31, 2024.
