In compliance with the requirements of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration for Children and Families is soliciting public comment on proposed changes to the required OCSE-75 Form, Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report. To receive child support funding under 45 CFR Part 309 , tribes and tribal organizations must submit the financial forms described in 45 CFR 309.170(b) . On December 6, 2021, a notice for public comment was posted in the Federal Register Volume 86, Number 231, page 69062 (PDF).
Please send your comments to the Reports Clearance Officer at infocollection@acf.hhs.gov. When commenting, please reference the OMB control number 0907-0320. Consideration will be given to comments received by February 3, 2022.
