SUBJECT: Open Comment Period — OCSS-157 Annual Data Report

Dear Colleague:

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration or Children and Families is soliciting public comment on the OCSS-157 Child Support Annual Data Report. On July 26, 2024, ACF posted the 60-day notice for public comment in the Federal Register Volume 89, No. 144, page 60642  (PDF).

We made minor revisions to the OCSS-157 instructions to update contact information and to reflect the name change of the federal office from the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) to the Office of Child Support Services (OCSS).

For a copy of the proposed collection of information or to send comments, email infocollection@acf.hhs.gov and reference OMB No. 0970-0177. We will consider comments received within the comment period or by Sept. 24, 2024.
