SUBJECT: Submittal of the OCSE-75 for FY 2024
Dear Colleague:
This letter is a reminder to tribal agencies administering child support programs under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. You are required to submit the Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report (OCSE-75) and Tribal Narrative Report 90 days after the end of the federal fiscal year or by December 29, 2024.
Please review reports for accuracy, and make sure all fields are completed. Remember to place the tribal name in the appropriate field and mark the report as new or revised. Previously submitted FY 2024 reports may be revised, if necessary, by January 31, 2025.
The Online Data Collection System allows you to submit your OCSE-75 and narrative reports electronically at https://www.grantsolutions.gov .
