OCSE’s “A Caseworker’s Guide to Processing Cases with Foreign Reciprocating Countries”is a reference tool which provides basic information to child support workers and others on how to obtain service cooperation with foreign jurisdictions that have been declared to be FRCs pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 659A.
