SUBJECT: FY 2020 Emergency Waiver Deadline — August 1, 2020

Dear Colleague:

Tribes and tribal organizations unable to meet their non-federal share of child support expenditures for fiscal year (FY) 2020 due to an emergency may submit a waiver request in accordance with 45 CFR 309.130(e)(1)(ii) . To provide adequate time to review waiver requests and issue new grant awards, tribes and tribal organizations must submit their FY 2020 emergency waiver requests to the OCSE Tribal Team at ocse.tribal@acf.hhs.gov no later than August 1, 2020.

If you have questions or need technical assistance regarding submitting an emergency waiver of the non-federal contributions, please contact your OCSE Regional Program Manager.
