Dear Colleague:
Manitoba, Canada wishes to clarify procedural, contact, and payment information for Manitoba’s two agencies that are involved in international child support case processing: the Maintenance Enforcement Program and the Inter-jurisdictional Support Orders Designated Authority, Family Law Branch of Manitoba Justice. Please see the information below from Manitoba:
1. The Manitoba Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP) is responsible for the following:
• Registration and enforcement of support orders
• Correspondence concerning MEP files
• Receiving and sending support payments
To mail a) requests for registration and enforcement, b) correspondence, or c) payments to the Manitoba MEP:

2. The Inter-jurisdictional Support Orders (ISO) Designated Authority, Family Law Branch of Manitoba Justice is responsible for the following:
• ISO/UIFSA applications to establish or vary/modify support orders
• General inquiries concerning inter-jurisdictional support issues
