OCSE is pleased to provide the PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes for Session One of the four-part training series on the intergovernmental forms.
On January 12, 2017, OCSE issued AT-17-01 announcing the revised intergovernmental forms. The Office of Management and Budget approved the forms (OMB Number 0970-0085) and the forms are ready for use by state child support agencies, as required by 45 CFR 303.7(a)(4) and Section 311(b) of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA). While not mandatory, some tribal child support agencies also use the intergovernmental forms. OCSE revised the forms, including creating four new ones to create consistency with UIFSA 2008; protect personally identifiable information; address gender neutrality; and reflect advancements in communication methods and technology.
We will post training material for the subsequent training sessions in this series to the OCSE website.
