SUBJECT: Open Comment Period – OCSE-75 Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report

Dear Colleague:

This letter is to tribal agencies administering child support enforcement programs under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (Act). The OCSE-75 form is used to report tribal program status and accomplishments under Title IV-D of the Act according to 45 CFR 309.170(b).

In compliance with the requirements of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration for Children and Families is soliciting public comment on the form. As of August 12, 2019, a notice for public comment has been posted to the Federal Register in Volume 84, Number 155 on page 39852.

The need to reauthorize the form provides the opportunity to consider comments on the collection activity. Please send your comments and suggestions to the ACF Reports Clearance Officer at infocollection@acf.hhs.gov.  When commenting, please be sure to reference OMB control number 0970-0320 for the OCSE-75 Tribal Child Support Enforcement Annual Data Report. Consideration will be given to comments received by October 11, 2019.
