Dear Colleague:

In compliance with the requirements of section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration for Children and Families seeks approval of a standardized request form to collect information from state and tribal IV-D child support agencies requesting administrative flexibilities under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. § 5191 (the “Stafford Act”), due to the COVID-19 pandemic. States and tribes may use this form to make requests as described in OCSE’s Dear Colleague Letter 20-04: Flexibilities for State and Tribal Child Support Agencies during COVID-19.

A notice for public comment was published in the Federal Register, page 70634, Volume 85, Number 215  (PDF), on November 5, 2020.
