TO: State Agencies Administering Child Support Enforcement Plans Under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and Other Interested Parties

SUBJECT: Procedures for Sending Payments to Norway

INFORMATION:

The agency responsible for child support in Norway, the Collection Agency of the Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV Innkreving), has provided new instructions for IV-D agencies sending child support payments to Norway. These options include sending payments by electronic fund transfer to a U.S. bank, by check to a lock-box in the U.S., and by wire transfer.
