Dear Colleague:

The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement’s security and privacy program requires state child support agencies to annually affirm continued compliance with the Security Agreement and the Automated Systems for Child Support Enforcement certification guide by executing the attached Certification Statement.

The security and privacy program is designed to protect Federal Parent Locator Service data and confidential child support program information.

The Certification Statement must be signed by the state IV-D director or designee and returned no later than May 31, 2018, by fax, email, or traceable mail to:
