SUBJECT: State Self-Assessment Report – Extended until April 30, 2022

The Office of Management and Budget has granted an extension regarding the use of the Annual State Self-Assessment Report for collecting and reporting the results of annual state self-assessment reviews (OMB Control No. 0970-0223). The report has been extended until April 30, 2022.

45 CFR 308.1(e) currently requires states to submit the results of their self-assessment reviews to the appropriate Regional Office and to the Commissioner of OCSE. No revisions were made to the collection instrument.

ACTION REQUIRED: Continue to submit the self-assessment reports by March 30.
