PURPOSE: This Action Transmittal (AT) is in response to questions raised during a conversation on July 11, 2013, held in conjunction with the ACF Tribal Consultation. During that meeting, the tribal APD submission process and other issues were discussed. The attached questions and answers address the issues raised.
