e-IWO Release 08-01 Major: Specifications

The Electronic Income Withholding Order (e-IWO) Detail file layout (PDF) is being modified from the original e-IWO pilot project to support the revised IWO Form and to accommodate batching orders, editing and reporting errors, and mapping electronic records to forms transmitted through the OCSE Network host.

Several new elements have been added to the e-IWO Detail flat file layout, and the XML schema has been redesigned to accommodate file and batch header information. A new Universal File Header and Trailer have been added to be used with both e-IWO Detail and Acknowledgement Files.
