The FCR data election guide (PDF) provides the required forms that your state must complete in order to take advantage of available FPLS options or revise a previously elected option. The options are designed to help your state make the most of FPLS data. Your IV-D director or a designee must complete each form, then attach the completed forms in an email to your State Technical Support Liaison.
