The Insurance Match Debt Inquiry application allows insurance companies to inform state agencies in advance about payments they plan to make.
Insurers provide information on individuals who are eligible to receive a lump sum or other type of payment. Using the Child Support Portal, the Insurance Match Debt Inquiry application compares insurance information to noncustodial parents who owe past-due support. We send the matched information to the state child support agencies responsible for collecting the past-due support.
