First 10 Initiative

The First 10 initiative is designed to improve young children’s well-being and school readiness by increasing collaboration among elementary schools, ECE programs, health and social service agencies, and other partners; providing comprehensive services for children and families; and fostering culturally responsive partnerships with families. This page includes links to evaluations of First 10 Pilots funded by PDG B-5.

Continuous Quality Improvement Change Packages

The Early Childhood Systems Technical Assistance and Coordination Centerdeveloped these resources to support systems change efforts of state prenatal-to-three (P-3) awardees and their community partners. They may also be useful for other maternal and early childhood organizations, including those in home visiting, early care and education, family and social supports, income assistance and basic needs, physical health (i.e., pre- and postnatal care, pediatric or family care), oral health, mental and behavioral health, child welfare, and employment training and education.
