Considerations When Identifying, Creating or Implementing A Sustainability Plan

In this webinar, the PDG B-5 TA Center, with the support of subject matter experts and representatives from PDG B-5 grantees, presented best practices and state examples of planning and implementing sustainability plans for PDG B-5 activities. Participants learned about tools that have been developed and receive recommendations regarding when to begin working on a sustainability plan. The webinar highlighted PDG B-5 grantees in various stages of building and implementing their sustainability plans. Presentations included challenges, considerations and lessons learned. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts they have about their current progress.
