Grant and Project Management Part 2: Contract Administration
This webinar series utilized the experience and expertise of prior PDG B-5 Project Directors to share the information, tools, processes, and supports they wish they had awareness of or training in at the start of their PDG B-5 journey. Subject matter experts (SMEs) engaged to provide additional perspectives and share best practices. The four-part PDG B-5 Grant and Project Management Webinar Series addressed the following topics:
Federal Grant Management (Grant Management 101 was held April 11, 2023)
Contract Administration
Project Management Tools and Best Practices (in partnership with the SCBC)
Building and Leading Collaborative PDG B-5 Teams
Following each webinar, except Grant Management 101, the PDG B-5 TAC will host Office Hours to answer state-specific questions and provide additional SME support to participants on project management topics. TA Specialists will also provide tailored assistance to states on specific topics.
