What Next: Planning for Sustainability of Your Grant Achievements

One of the focus areas of PDG B-5 is to build state capacity to strategically plan sustainable goals and activities beyond the grant and to finance the state system at the end of federal funding. In this session, the PDG B-5 TA Center shared a sustainability planning tool and rubric that can be used by state teams to identify goals and outcomes. State leaders from Illinois, Minnesota, Colorado, and New Hampshire shared their approaches and lessons learned related to sustainability planning.
