The Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) is a federal teen pregnancy prevention program administered by the Family and Youth Services Bureau within the Administration for Children and Families. PREP programs educate young people on both abstinence and contraception to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections including HIV/AIDS.
