The RHY (Runaway and Homeless Youth) final rule reflects existing statutory requirements in the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act and changes made via the Reconnecting Homeless Youth Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-378).
The Family & Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), Runaway & Homeless Youth (RHY) Program, is actively recruiting new reviewers to support the evaluation of federal grant applications submitted for the Basic Center Program (BCP). BCP helps create and strengthen community-based programs that meet the immediate needs of runaway and homeless youth under 18 years old.
