I-LEAD provides support for community-based projects that empower Native youth ages 14-24 years old to address priorities identified by such youth, and include youth-focused leadership. Projects are funded to develop models, approaches, and strategies to foster resiliency and build upon Native youth’s inherent capacitates to thrive. Projects funded under I-LEAD must align to at least one of the following four domains: Native Youth Leading, Connecting, Learning, and Working.
