On March 1, the Office of Early Childhood Development, Office of Child Care and Office of Head Start issued a Dear Colleague Letter on bolstering the early childhood education (ECE) workforce with increased resources and federal investments. ACF is committed to partnering with, territories, tribes, communities, and local programs to increase compensation and build more accessible career pipelines for the ECE workforce.
