The Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014 reauthorized the law governing the Child Care and Development Fund program.
In September of 2016, the Office of Child Care published rules to provide clarity to states on how to implement this law and administer the program in a way that best meets the needs of children, child care providers, and families.
