The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan serves as states’ application for CCDF funds by providing a description of, and assurance about, the grantee’s child care program and all services available to eligible families. States and territories are required to post their submitted and final approved Plans, any Plan amendments, and any approved waivers on a publicly available website (45 CFR 98.14(d)).
The table below provides links to the websites where state and territory Plans are posted as of December 2018. Any questions about specific state Plans should be directed to state CCDF Lead Agency.
