The Office of Child Care (OCC) is reminding States and Territories of the upcoming reporting requirement for the annual ACF-218 Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Quality Progress Report (QPR). The annual ACF-218 QPR is due by December 31, 2023. The QPR form and resources are available on this OCC web page. States and Territories can submit the QPR data via the Child Care Automated Reporting System (CARS) . After log in, users can select the QPR Module. OCC Regional Offices are available to answer State and Territory content questions. For technical issues submitting the QPR, the CARS TA Team are available to provide technical support via email at CARS@gdit.com or by phone at (877) 249-9117. Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET).
